Layers of chocolate cake, dark chocolate ganache, chocolate buttercream, brownies, house-made raspberry compote, and chocolate mousse. NOTE: We are unable to add inscriptions to the Empress due to piping and brownies on top — any inscription selected will be placed on the cake board instead.
